Chicken Tortilla Soup

3 Frozen Chicken Breasts
1 Lg. Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Can Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Cup Fresh Salsa
1 Pkg. Taco Seasoning
1 Can Black Beans
1 Can Mild Green Chilis

Put all ingredients in crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours.
Remove Chicken and shred.
Return shredded chicken to crockpot.
Serve with Fat Free shredded cheese, Fat Free sour cream, and baked corn tortilla chips.
