1/2 Cup Fat Free Vanilla Chobani Yogurt
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
1 Cup White Sugar
1 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
2 Cups Unbleached Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
3 Cups Quick Cooking Oats
Cream Yogurt, Applesauce, White and Brown Sugars together. Beat in Eggs, then vanilla. Add Cinnamon, Baking Soda, and Flour to Creamed mixture. Mix in Oats. Cover and chill in fridge for at least an hour.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cooking Spray cookie sheet. Spoon dough onto cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on cooking rack.
Cream: Any frosting or Fat Free Cool Whip works. I prefer Cream Cheese Frosting.
