Emotional Eating

Are you bored, sad, angry?  These emtions can make you want to eat.  Keep a food journal.  Make a record of how you are feeling when you go to get something to eat.  If you are not truly hungry, then find another activity to do, like a craft, go for a walk, talk to a friend, or write in your food journal.
