Ingredients
- 1 pint of grape tomatoes
- 1/2 bunch of cilantro
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- 1/2 red onion
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Slice tomatoes in half, chop cilantro and finely dice jalapeno and onion
- Combine all ingredients and chill for at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
