Baked Sweet Potato Pie

Pie:
3 C mashed sweet potato (pre-bake and take off the skin--usually 3 to 4 sweet potatoes depending on size.
1/2 C melted butter
2 eggs--beat well
1 C sugar
1 t. vanilla
1/2 C Fat Free evap milk

mix above ingredients and put in a 9 x 13 glass dish

Topping:
1/2 C flour
1/2 C brown sugar
1/2 C softened butter
1 C chopped pecans

mix topping ingredients and sprinkle on top of the pie mixture

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes
