Choco-Peanut Pinwheels

Choco-Peanut Pinwheels Recipe

1 cup Peanut butter-flavoured chips
1 can FAT FREE Eagle Brand® sweetened condensed milk
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract


1.  Cut parchment paper into 15x10" rectangle.
2.  Over low heat, melt peanut butter chips with 2/3 cup FAT FREE Eagle Brand. Cool slightly. With fingers, press evenly into thin layer to cover paper. Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes.
3.  Over low heat, melt chocolate chips with remaining FAT FREE Eagle Brand. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Spread evenly over peanut butter layer. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes.
4.  Beginning at the wide side; roll up tightly jelly-roll fashion, without paper. [Use paper on the outside to roll it up] Wrap roll tightly in plastic wrap. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Cut into ¼” slices to serve.
