When choosing flour at the grocery store try to get the whole wheat flour, or the unbleached white flour.  They are so much healthier for you.  If you go with the unbleached or whole wheat flour long enough, then when you eat regular white bread again, you will be able to tast the bleach in it.  Honest it happened to me once.  It was so nasty!
