Meatballs

2 pounds of 93/7 ground beef
1 Cup FAT FREE shredded cheese
4 teaspoons powdered yellow mustard
2 Tablespoons worchestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Roll into 1 inch balls.

Bake on cooling rack with cookie sheet underneath @ 375 degrees farenheight for 20 to 40 minutes
