The meat I eat is very Low Fat/Fat Free. Still I don't need the extra weight, so I often find myself cutting carbs. Here is how I do it. When the family has hamburgers, sloppy joes, or hot dogs, I often don't have a bun with them. I eat everything else that goes with them, but just cutting out the breading saves me a lot of carbs. When we have tacos or tostados, I often don't use a shell. So it's more like a taco or tostado salad. I still get all the flavor, but no carbs. Just a thought.
