Fruit Bon Bons

Fruit Bonbons Recipe

1 can (14 ounce) FAT FREE Eagle Brand® sweetened condensed milk
2 pkg (7 ounce) flaked coconut (5 1/3 Cups)
1 pkg (6 ounce) any fruit-flavored gelatin, divided
1 cup ground, blanched almonds
1 tsp almond extract
Food colouring (optional)


1.  Combine FAT FREE Eagle Brand, coconut, 1/3 cup  gelatin powder, almonds, almond extract and enough food colour if desired, to color mixture desired shade. Chill 1 hour or until firm enough to handle.
2.  Shape into 1" balls. Roll each ball in remaining gelatin powder to coat. Place on wax paper-lined baking sheets; chill. Store covered at room temperature or in refrigerator.
