Whole Grain Breads

Remember just because the package says wheat bread doesn't mean it's whole grain.  If you are going to eat wheat bread, but not whole grain, you are defeating the purpose.  It's the whole grain that has all the nutrients.  Whole grain breads are also more work for your body to digest, hense you would burn more calories by eating "WHOLE GRAIN WHEAT BREAD" rather than just that brown stuff they call wheat bread.
