Pumpkin Pie

14 ounces FAT FREE sweetened condensed milk (Eagle Brand)
16 ounces pumpkin
2 eggs
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ginger

Mix all ingredients in bowl.
Pour into pie shells.
Bake in 425 degree oven for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat.
Bake 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.

NOTE:  If you use the traditional Pumpking Pie recipe that is on the can, it will call for a can of Evaporated Milk.  Be sure to use FAT FREE Evaporated Milk in it's place.
