Mashed Potatoes

When we make mashed potatoes, we do them the FAT FREE way.  After peeling, cubing, boiling, and draining the potatoes, we put them in the Kitchen Aide mixer and whip them.  You could add any of the following, and much more I'm sure:  Fat Free sour cream, Fat Free milk, Fat Free half and half, Fat Free cream cheese.  We don't add butter anymore.  We do on occasion add onion powder, garlic powder, fresh chives, Fat Free shredded cheese, or bacon bits.  They are creamy, and delicious!
