Stir Fry

When using the Wok to make stir fry often a recipe will call for a few Tablespoons of oil.  It's not necessary to use the oil.  First make sure your wok or fry pan is in good condition without scratches and is a non stick pan.  Spray with cooking spray, and that's all you need. Turns out yummy, and not oily at all.
