Banana Smoothies & Pops

Banana Smoothie Pops Recipe


Ingredients:
1 can (14 ounce) Regular or FAT FREE Eagle Brand® sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 ounce) container FAT FREE vanilla yogurt
2 ripe bananas
1/2 cup  orange juice

Preparation:

1.  Process all ingredients in blender until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides.
2.  Spoon banana mixture into 8 (5 oz) paper cups. Freeze 30 minutes. Insert wooden craft sticks into the centre of each cup; return to freezer until firm.
