Smaller Plates

As I was in the doctors office this past week, I found this take home pamphlet on Managing Your Weight.  One of the tips said, "Serve your food on smaller plates so you eat less.  The more food on your plate, the more you're likely to eat.  And eat slowly.  It takes 20 minutes for your brain to know that your stomach is full."

I need to learn from this.  I love food, and eating is probably my favorite hobby.
