Tortilla Chips

10 - 12 regular-sized tortillas (white or yellow corn) (try to get the fat free ones)
Salt

Canola cooking spray (O grams fat)
  
Cut tortillas into quarter sections with kitchen sheers

Arrange in single layer on two, lightly-greased cookie sheets (spray with non-stick cooking spray, like "Pam") - try not to overlap them or they'll stick together when they're baking!  Spray with just a light coat of the cooking spray on top, then sprinkle them with a touch of salt.

Bake at 310° F. (150° C) for 20 minutes. Let cool.

They come out crispy and delicious!
