Crockpot Italian Chicken

4 chicken breasts 1 packet Zesty Italian dressing seasoning 8 oz. FAT FREE cream cheese (softened) 2 cans 98% FAT FREE cream of chicken soup 1 1/2 tablespoons of garlic powder, 1/2 tablespoon of onion powder,  1 package of pasta (cooked seperate and added at the very end) Cook on low for 4 hours. If sauce is too thick, add a little FAT FREE milk. Add pasta to chicken and toss. Yummy!
